Prix fixe - $50 for one choice + dessert (kids portions $25)

All options are served alongside fresh bread, chopped salad, potatoes, bacon and sour cream

 

 

Eggs

Eggs benedict - poached eggs on English muffins, bacon & hollandaise sauce

 

Burgundy style -  Poached eggs, sautéed mushrooms, brioche, brie and red wine reduction

 

Scrambled - Eggs in sweet rolls with crème fraiche & salmon roe

 

Shakshuka - Mediterranean sunny eggs cooked on spicy roasted pepper- tomato sauce & cilantro

 

Easter eggs in a nest – Soft colored eggs on baked kadaif dough, mojo verde, prosciutto and grated cheddar

 

Waffles & Eggs -  Sunny side up, Bacon, baked apples, crème fraiche & maple

 

Other Than Eggs

Spring salad – Greens, asparagus, almonds, baby beets, shallots, cucumber parmesan dressing, and blue cheese

 

Artichoke garlic sausage -  Baked in puff pastry with cheddar and mustard, horseradish aioli and sautéed cabbage

 

Spinach Cheese - Puff pastry with Gouda and Feta topped with sesame and grated tomato spicy salsa

 

Cured salmon croissant - Citrus salt cured salmon, arugula, sour cream, capers & chives, charred asparagus

 

Grilled cheese sandwich - Aged cheddar, mozzarella, brie, Truffle garlic butter & avocado with lemon saffron vinaigrette

 

French toast - Pan fried brioche with whipped mascarpone, strawberries, banana, blueberries, strawberry coulis, maple, candied walnuts

Banana bread pudding - Caramel coffee sauce & vanilla ice cream
